Usage, explained
A request is an AI call used for chat, suggestions, profile setup or research. Tokens measure the text sent to and generated by the model. A longer conversation or research task can use more tokens.
View your usageUpload XLSX, CSV, PDF, DOCX or TXT files up to 5 MB. Spreadsheets support up to 2,000 prospect rows per upload. Document text is limited to 80,000 characters; scanned PDFs need readable text before upload.
One company can require several searches and AI calls. A row, contact or reply is not a fixed token amount. Names, business contact details and email-check results depend on the sources available.
Each prospect search, company research task, contact check or outreach draft uses one unit from its own plan allowance. Failed tasks return their reserved unit. There is no automatic overage charge. These limits will apply when subscriptions open.
Before you choose
Trial eligibility, payments and managing your plan.
Not yet. Production checkout is closed while the paid service completes its launch checks. You can compare the planned Plus and Pro allowances in Settings → Billing.
Eligible new subscribers receive seven days on Plus. A card is required. The monthly subscription begins after the trial unless cancelled beforehand. Your eligibility is shown in Billing.
When paid subscriptions open, that operation pauses until your next billing period. Existing work remains available; Nora does not charge automatic overages. File limits and temporary request limits can also apply.
Credit top-ups and automatic usage overage billing are not currently available.
No. Nora reports what its sources support. Direct phone numbers, email addresses and LinkedIn profiles may be unavailable, and an email check cannot guarantee a reply.
Yes. The listed monthly prices include VAT.
Open Billing in Settings to view your subscription and access the billing portal. Check the cancellation details shown there before confirming.
