About Nora

Nora is provided by NeuroLeash LTD, 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. NeuroLeash operates the Nora application, AI service and hosting infrastructure. These terms describe permitted use of the service. Nora is intended for adults carrying out business research and outreach preparation. If you use it for an organisation, you must have authority to do so.

What the service provides

Nora helps you plan research, work with information you provide and draft business communications. Available functions may change. Research can combine AI responses with retrieved websites and, when enabled, public registry records. Sources and verification results apply only to the checks actually performed. The current service does not automatically send outreach or purchase data on your behalf.

Profile and conversation data is stored in your Nora account. Saved discoveries currently refer to their source chats; deleting or retrying those chats may remove or change the linked records. Export information you need to retain through Settings. Access to a feature is not a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Files and background research

You can upload supported documents and prospect lists for research. File-size, row and processing limits apply and are enforced when uploading or starting a run. You are responsible for having permission to upload and process information about other people.

Successfully saved files can be revisited in Library. Background research, when available, runs separately from the browser and saves progress to Research. Individual items may fail or produce incomplete results. A completion notification reports the outcome of the run; it does not guarantee every item was researched successfully.

You can stop a background run and keep completed results. Deleting a Library file does not delete excerpts already used in chats or research runs. Review each area separately when removing information.

Responsible use

You must have the right to submit and use your inputs. Do not use Nora for unlawful activity, deception, harassment, unauthorised access, evasion of security controls or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not upload secrets or sensitive records that are unnecessary for your task.

You are responsible for checking the legality of your research and outreach, including applicable privacy and electronic marketing rules. Access to a business contact does not by itself give permission to send marketing.

AI output and your decisions

AI responses can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Verify material claims, company details, citations and contact information before relying on them. Review and approve any communication before sending it. Nora is not a substitute for qualified legal, financial or other professional advice.

No particular sales result, customer acquisition outcome or accuracy level is guaranteed. Public company registration and officer appointments do not establish purchasing authority. Email checks cannot guarantee delivery, ownership or a response; a catch-all domain cannot confirm a particular mailbox. You retain responsibility for business decisions made using the service.

Your content and privacy

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You permit NeuroLeash and the supporting providers identified in our privacy policy to process that content as needed to deliver the functions you request. AI output may not be unique and may be subject to third-party rights. See our Privacy Policy for data processing and memory controls.

Infrastructure and email delivery

NeuroLeash manages Nora’s application, hosting and AI integration, including its self-hosted account services. We use Cloudflare infrastructure to support AI processing, network performance, caching and security. Resend provides transactional email delivery, and Stripe provides checkout and billing services. These supporting services do not replace NeuroLeash as the provider of Nora.

Account access

Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. Do not share access in a way that exposes someone else’s data. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised account use. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account.

Subscriptions and trials

Checkout is currently available in Stripe test mode. It does not establish a live paid subscription or move real funds. Live billing is not enabled. The price, billing interval and applicable terms must be shown before a subscription is accepted.

Plus is £5.99 per month including VAT, with a seven-day trial for eligible first subscriptions. A card is required; cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge when live billing is enabled. Pro is £15.99 per month including VAT, starts billing at checkout and has no trial. In test mode, these billing events are simulated. Billing management is available through Settings.

Service changes and ending use

You can stop using Nora at any time. Your workspace data can be exported or removed in Settings. We may restrict use that threatens security, breaks these terms or infringes others’ rights. Changes to paid services will be handled under the terms agreed at checkout and applicable law.

Rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing limits rights that applicable law gives you and does not permit us to exclude. These terms do not create a blanket waiver of responsibility for the service.

Contact and updates

Contact NeuroLeash through neuroleash.com/contact. We will publish updated terms here when the service changes. Material changes affecting a paid subscription must be communicated before they take effect.
